What to do if my Property has asbestos or mold?
When any of these two highly hazardous substances are present, a proper containment needs to be set in place prior disturbing or making any demolition or abatement. Asbestos fibers are 0.1 to 10 µm in length, and mold spores are 2 - 100 microns in size, this means that both are extremely difficult to spot to the naked eye, and both are prone to become airborne.

Asbestos fibers can lead to different types of CANCER, among them are mesothelioma, lung, larynx and ovary. While mold spores are less dangerous than asbestos fibers, they can also cause multiple health issues like sinus infections, rashes, and even develop ASTHMA.

To do a proper abatement of Asbestos or Mold depending on the level we are dealing with TYPE 1 2 or 3 containment has to be set, with proper use of a manometer and negative air units to ensure a negative pressure is always maintained while performing the work avoiding any release of spores or fibers to the exterior of the contained area.
